The Transformation of a Passion

In the very heart of Gebze bazaar, there was a place whose doors never closed for more than a decade. A rooted meeting point serving world cuisine, loved by everyone, and welcoming hundreds of thousands of guests.

Years of experience and passion for flavor opened the door to a major transformation. The architecture was completely renewed. The corporate identity was redesigned from scratch. The concept was rewritten from the ground up. And The Cacao was born - a brand inspired by the cacao bean, where chocolate, coffee, and gastronomy meet in a brand-new experience.

We trust our natural approach so much that we prepare food we would gladly serve to our own children. Every item is crafted from scratch with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients, made with care.
